If you're having trouble finding what you're looking for in the Resource Center, try using the Resource Center Search function. The Search function is located in the upper right-hand corner of every page on the Resource Center (see below), and has very robust search capabilities that search through all of the documents and information in the entire Resource Center. Make sure that the Search drop-down selector is set to "This Site".
