Help for the Sales Order Detail screen (accessed from Serial Number Search)
 
The Sales Order Detail screen is accessed by clicking on one of the Sales Order data items on the Serial Number Search screen. The Sales Order Detail screen is divided into multiple sections and displays the following information for the Sales Order that was selected on the Serial Number Search screen:
  • Sales Order Detail which includes Sales Order Number, Part Number, Part Type, Quantity, Serial Number, Sold To, Bill To, End User, Installing Office, Ship Date, Carrier, and Tracking Information.
  • Miscellaneous Charges which includes the miscellaneous charges associated with an order. If required by your job function and enabled by your security profile, you will also be able to see the dollar amount for each charge.
  • Order Head Comments
  • Order Line Comments
  • Order History Text - this information is only displayed if required by your job function and enabled by your security profile.

On the sections of the screen where there are multiple columns, the column headings for each column appear as links. This indicates that each column is sortable. Clicking on a blue column header will sort the search results by that column.
