Help for the Serial Number History screen (accessed from Serial Number Search)
The Serial Number History screen is accessed by clicking on one of the Serial Number data items on the Serial Number Search screen. The Serial Number History screen displays the history of transactions associated with a sepcific Serial Number, such as Transaction Type, Date, and Status, the Sales Order Number, the Warehouse, and Pack Slip information. As you will notice, the column headings for each column appear as links. This indicates that each column is sortable. Clicking on a blue column header will sort the screen by that column.
If required by your job function and enabled in your security profile, you may also see several links within the data items that will redirect you to another screen that contains additional information. Clicking on a Sales Order data item link will redirect you to the Sales Order Detail screen. Clicking on a Cust Ship, TF Ship, or Drop Ship data item link will redirect you to the Serial Number Shipping Detail screen.
