Report Production
 
  1. Select a Plant
  2. Select a Warehouse
  3. Select a Bin
  4. Enter a Part Number
    • If the part number is valid you will be allowed to continue
  5. Enter the Quantity you expect to report
    • This is the quantity of the part that you will report to "SAM"
  6. Enter the serial numbers to report to "SAM". This can either be done by hand keying the serial numbers or scanning them in using a barcoded scanning device.
    • An edit will make sure there is no duplicate serial numbers in the system
  7. Click the Process Button
    • Every five minutes an application runs to load the part into the specified Plant/Whse/Bin within SAM Epicor's inventory. This application runs every five minutes starting at 5:00 AM EST until 8:00 PM EST everyday.
